Once a donation is made to SWA PRAYAS CHARITABLE FOUNDATION OF INDIA, it is considered final and cannot be refunded or cancelled under any circumstances. We do not entertain any requests for refund or cancellation of donations after the payment has been processed, whether made online or offline.
We request all donors to carefully check the amount and details before making a donation. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
We seek to retain personal information only as needed to fulfil the purposes described in our privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users and as necessary to enforce our terms of service.
